Lana's Birthday Cupcakes
My daughter came to me at lunchtime today and said she needed a plate to take to a birthday BBQ tonight for one of her friends..... I had some overripe bananas in the fruit bowl, so some (quickly put together) blossoms, a few sprinkles and some milk chocolate buttercream later we have a rather pretty addition to the dessert table :O)

Gorgeous cupcakes. The milk chocolate buttercream looks amazing!
Wow, love the pattern on the buttercream - what sort of nozzle did you use, if you don't mind me asking?
Mmm mm.
Haha...don't you love it when they throw these things at you at the last minute <3 Beautiful cakes as usual. :)
I love it!! so simple but elegant.. and the shot it's just... WOW
Thanks! I use a Wilton 1M tip :)
Aw wow these are so pretty, I agree the buttercream looks so good!!
They look absolutely gorgeous!
My gosh, I hope you own a bakery! You would sell out fast! They are gorgeous and I bet they taste great!
I am doing the Wilton Cake Decorating Course 1 and have just learnt to make the "Wilton buttercream". Out of interest do you use this recipe or the usual one with butter in it rather than shortening? I like the consistency of the Wilton one but the taste of the NZ traditional one ! I wish I could just "whip" up cupcakes that looked like yours !
Fantastic! Your blog, your cupcakes... and your little princess.
See you soon,
Sabrine
